IELTS Speaking Module
About the IELTS Speaking Test
The IELTS Speaking test is the same for both Academic and General tests. The test is 11 to 14 minutes long with three parts. The topic is a real-life situation. A certified IELTS Examiner will ask you questions connected to the topic.
Part 1 consists of questions about yourself, your family, your work and your interests.
Part 2 consists of a task card which asks you to speak about a particular topic and includes points to include in your talk. You are given 1 minute to prepare and then 1-2 minutes to speak.
Part 3 consists of a longer discussion on the topic in Part 2.
IELTS Speaking Module Course Outline
In the IELTS Speaking module (20 hours), students will study:

- Lexical Resource
- Grammar Range and Accuracy
- Advanced Tenses
- Strategies for Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3
