What is the TRS?
Our Teacher Recruitment System (TRS) consists of a variety of online marketing and advertising tools used to attract ESL teachers to our recruitment portal: Tutor Community. When registering, teacher candidates are required to submit their resume and a 2-minute “self-intro” video. Our unique pre-qualifying process allows us to carefully screen and select which candidates will join our team and create their own custom Tutor Profile. Resumes, certifications and videos are uploaded into the profiles which contain searchable fields based on global ESL standards. Through this streamlined process we eliminate many of the steps in the hiring process to better serve our Partners.
