What is the TRS?
Our Teacher Recruitment System (TRS) consists of a variety of online marketing and advertising tools used to attract ESL teachers to our recruitment portal called the Tutor Community. When registering to become a FLUENCY TUTOR, teacher candidates are required to submit their resume and a 2-minute self-intro video. Our unique screening process allows us to carefully screen and select which candidates will join our team and create their own Tutor Profile. Resumes, certifications, self-intro videos and demo lessons are uploaded into the Tutor’s profile. Our streamlined TRS eliminates many of the steps in the hiring process to better serve our Partners.
