Service Agreement for Tutors
Fluency Tutors provides a service to potential ESL teachers who are seeking online teaching positions. Fluency Tutors does not guarantee employment to potential teachers nor does Fluency Tutors guarantee the length of employment, pay rate, or any other specifics pertaining to the job offer. These factors fluctuate due to demands that are out of the control of Fluency Tutors.
Potential teachers must agree to provide factual information when registering with Fluency Tutors. Fluency Tutors shall not be held liable for any issues or damages caused from the provision of false information.
Fluency Tutors reserves the right to terminate or suspend services without notice to any registered user who provides false information or if any of the terms in the service agreement are violated.
Fluency Tutors will not be held responsible for the communication between potential teachers and employers. Potential teachers and employers are allowed and encouraged to inform Fluency Tutors of any threatening or potentially harmful communication by any parties.
Fluency Tutors does not guarantee a potential teacher an interview or contact from a potential employer. Fluency Tutors will do their best at providing a platform to help facilitate the interview and hiring process.
Fluency Tutors does not guarantee that any information provided on our website or through communication with our staff will lead to employment. Any use of information provided by Fluency Tutors is up to the discretion of the registered user. Fluency Tutors will continue to add, update, and change information based upon fluctuations in the needs of potential employers.
The Fluency Tutors Service Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with Canadian Laws, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the [non]-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
