Fluency Tutors recruits ESL teachers to join our Tutor Community. Through our support and ongoing training we increase the retention of teachers and they maintain their loyalty to our company.
All ESL teachers that we recruit, become part of the FLUENCY TUTORS team. We remove the burden for much of the hiring process by prescreening and preparing our tutors for online teaching positions. All that remains is an interview and demo lesson. We strive to be the best through the quality of our tutors and the service they provide.
The Partner membership provides access to search through our Tutor Community for suitable tutor profiles to meet requirements. This includes first name, nationality, photo, certifications, self-intro recordings as well as accessing tutor resumes.
A Partnership Agreement will be completed once a tutor has been selected for hire. The first step is to the negotiate the hiring fee. We negotiate on behalf of our tutors to settle on hiring fees with the client upon conclusion of our Client and Agency Partnership Agreement.
Once the hiring fee is agreed upon, the client agrees to pay Fluency Tutors the set hiring fee every 3 months the tutor is employed. Prior to the end of each three month period, if the client is completely satisfied with the tutor’s performance, Fluency Tutors will re-negotiate the agreement.
If the client is not satisfied with the tutor’s performance, that tutor returns to the Fluency Tutor’s tutor community and is available for opportunities with other partners.
